Workable Schedule
Your weekly one hour sessions are in person or by phone. A follow-up 30 minute phone session is included mid-week. Short inquiry phone calls, texts and e-mails to the coach are included.
Commitment & Contractual Agreement
A “gift & a promise to ones-self”, this coaching contract begins from the date of the first coaching session with a signature by both client and coach.
